A team effort brings Tiger girls golf program its sixth straight Section 1AA title

The Lake City High School girls golf team (LC) captured the Section 1AA girls golf championship for the sixth consecutive season.

On Day 1, May 26, at Northern Hills Golf course, LC fired a 332 followed by Lourdes with 339, Pine Island-Zumbrota-Mazeppa (PIZM) with 342, Red Wing with 343, Caledonia with 346, Byron with 374, Chatfield with 395, Kasson-Mantorville (K-M) with 396, Stewartville with 398, Winona with 404, St. Charles with 419, and Plainview-Elgin-Millville (PEM) with 466. Cotter and La Crescent had incomplete teams.
