Three Tiger 8U baseball teams wrap Zumbro Valley Baseball League season
Thirty-five Lake City boys participated in the 8 and under (8U) Zumbro Valley Baseball League (ZVBL).
Volunteer parents helped coach three separate Lake City teams: Black, Orange, and White.
The boys had weekly practices and games that culminated in the final tournament Sunday, July 19 at the Bear Cave Fields in Stewartville, Minn. with six other teams from five different towns participating.
Team Black took 3rd place in a rematch against Randolph, who had beat them by one run earlier in the tournament.
