‘Chocolate Charcuterie’ program is Jan. 18

The Lake City Public Library invites the public to the upcoming program “Chocolate Charcuterie” with local resident Katelyn Borgschatz, licensed bakery wholesaler and registered cottage food producer.
The program will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, at 10 a.m. at the library. Registration is not required for this free program.
Borgschatz is the owner of Dontcha Dough: Baked Goods with an Accent.
