‘Festival-like atmosphere’ at last market of 2024 season

This year’s Market by the Lake series of Thursday farmer’s markets at Ohuta Park ended on a high note.
“It was a festival-like atmosphere with all those food trucks and the extra ones from Great River Homes for their employees,” said Susan Draves, a member of the committee that organizes the markets.
Great River Homes was celebrating Direct Support Professionals Week by sponsoring food trucks from noon to 8 p.m. in Wabasha on Sept. 10 and Lake City on Sept. 12.
