‘Self-care Bingo’ challenge begins May 1

May is Mental Health Awareness month and Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center (HVMHC) is celebrating with a Self-care Blackout Bingo challenge.
Beginning May 1 participants can pick up the Self-care Bingo challenge cards at any of the participating businesses throughout Goodhue, Wabasha, Winona, Houston, and Fillmore Counties.
Each card has 25 self-care challenges for participants to complete in May.
