50 experience 'Camp Invention'

Camp Invention wrapped up its second consecutive year in Lake City on June 14.

Camp Invention is a week-long adventure in which students going into grades kindergarten through six develop their creativity, innovation, and solve real-world problems, according to a news release.

Children rotate through a schedule that includes four modules each day, and incorporates a variety of hands-on activities ranging from reverse engineering a robot to teaming up with “innovation superheroes.”
