Adoption day for pets set

The Lake City Public Library is sponsoring an adoption day Saturday, Oct. 24, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for the Hiawatha Animal Humane Society (HAHS).
The HAHS will be at the library with their current adoptable pets as a well as stuffed animals donated by Karen and Grant Cooper.
All animals, living and stuffed, will be up for adoption.
The library is located at 1215 N. 7th Street.
