It was a lengthy process, but Val Aarsvold’s push to create state-wide license plates that help fund agricultural programs through the 4-H and FFA organizations is reality.
The Plainview woman, executive director of the Minnesota FFA Foundation, said she’s excited about the lasting impacts of the plates, which are adorned with agricultural symbolism.
