Amazing women honored this Saturday at Lake City Area Arts

In conjunction with Lake City Area Arts’ (LCAA) current Homebody exhibit, the Lake City Historical Society (LCHS), and the Woman’s Club of Lake City (WCLC) are honoring women who have had a positive impact.

For several weeks the groups have collected nominations for local “Amazing Women,” and now they are preparing to celebrate the nominees with a presentation at the Lake City Area Arts Center on Saturday, March 26, at 1 p.m.

The event will feature poetry, history, refreshments, and a slideshow of honorees.
