Auditions for Stockholm play are May 15 and 17
Auditions for the upcoming production of “We Sold Our Homesteads” will be Monday, May 15, and Wednesday, May 17.
An authentic tale of Swedish immigration, “We Sold Our Homesteads” will be presented in Stockholm, Wis. on Aug. 4, 5 and 6. It is the true story of how more than 200 Swedes made the decision to leave their homeland and come to the United States, where they founded Stockholm in 1854.
Originally produced in Sweden and then in the U.S. in 2004 and 2006, this will be the first production with an all-local cast.
