Benefit set for crash victim

A fund-raiser benefit will be held for 29-year-old Aric Adams of Lake City Sunday, Sept. 6, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Lake City Sportsman’s Club.
Adams was involved in a single car accident June 17 when he swerved to miss a deer, hit a concrete wall and went off a bridge in rural Wabasha County.
He was seriously injured and airlifted to Mayo Clinic Hospital, St. Marys Campus in Rochester.
The benefit will help cover medical bills and loss of work.  Aric and his girlfriend are also expecting another child in September.
