Bethany block party is Aug. 27
Saturday, Aug. 27, is the date of the annual Block Party at Bethany Lutheran Church.
It will be held in the church parking lot at 525 S. 6th Street or inside if it rains.
Everyone is invited to attend for food, fellowship, music and door prizes from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Pulled pork sandwiches, sweet corn, beans, coleslaw, and desserts and beverages will be served.
Live music will be provided by Jim Sexton and Craig Morton. Drawings for door prizes will be held throughout the evening.
