Black and Orange gala hailed ‘a huge success’
The Lake City Education Foundation’s annual fundraising gala was “a huge success,” raising nearly $40,000, according to the foundation.
“This high-energy evening was filled with games, delicious hors d’oeuvres catered by Marien’s Deli, fabulous desserts and a lively auction featuring a blend of unique experiences, as well as highly sought after items,” the foundation said in a news release.
The night generated just shy of $40,000, exceeding the foundation’s annual fundraising target.
