Boys wrestlers reach milestones
On Thursday, Feb. 5, the Lake City Tiger boys wrestling team traveled to Stewartville for their final regular season dual.
These are two teams that have been very closely contested the last 2-3 years. Lake City started with 7th grader Easton Norman at 107 and did he ever bring a spark. Easton early in the second period was fighting off his back and in the process, he reversed his opponent to his own back and secured the fall.
Next up was 7th grader Rex Herbers at 114 and he also found himself securing a pin putting Lake City up 12-0.
