Care center veterans hear Peters speak, swap war stories

Former American Legion District One Vice Commander, Andru Peters addressed the veterans in residence at the Lake City Mayo Care Centerfacility on Veterans Day, Nov. 11.
His address acknowledged their service to our country and flag, and the importance of recognizing veterans and the relevance of the creed, “We leave no one behind, regardless of their physical state.”
