Caution urged ahead of Saturday’s Flood Run

Motorists should use extra caution this weekend along the Mississippi and St. Croix rivers as thousands of motorcyclists take to the road for the Fall Flood Run, Saturday, Sept. 19. The route takes riders between the Twin Cities and Winona, according to law enforcement agencies.

So far this season, 46 motorcyclists have died on Minnesota roads. That number is higher than the total number of motorcycle fatalities for all of 2019 when 44 riders died in crashes.
