Chamber welcomes DogHouse Books to Lake City

On Oct. 24, Lake City Chamber of Commerce staff, ambassadors, and community members gathered at DogHouse Books to officially welcome them as a new business with a First Dollar presentation.
“DogHouse Books mission is to get books into the hands and homes of kids, one free book at a time. We promote literacy, the joy of reading, and we hope to build community in everything we do,” DogHouse Books owner Alex Cannon said.
