Champion power lifter Christy Rice presents to Kiwanis

Kiwanis president Bill Otto and program chair Dean Flugstad compared biceps with Christy Rice, a trainer at Anytime Fitness Lake City, at last week’s Kiwanis meeting.
Rice won first place nationally in her weight and age at the USA Power Lifting Championships in Arizona recently.
She explained that weight training is healthful for people of all ages with proper advice and supervision and loves helping people learn to enjoy lifting.
