City, Chamber deliver salt to downtown businesses

Lake City Public Works and the Lake City Chamber of Commerce spent the morning of Jan. 27 delivering pails of salt, community guides, maps, and event flyers to downtown businesses.
“It was a great morning with a lot of smiles and good conversation with downtown businesses,” Chamber Director Elizabeth Greenawalt said. “We did run out of pails, so plan to continue distributing them as we collect more empty pails.”
