City Clean Up Day is April 30
Lake City residents can dispose of certain types of unwanted junk at Clean Up Day on April 30, from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Lake City Recycling, 401 S. 8th St.
A current utility bill verifying residence and garbage charge is required. People can print their bill from Xpress Bill pay if they pay online or visit City Hall to request a copy.
Fees will be charged for certain items like home appliances, electronic equipment, tires, bikes, and other things.
