City Hall renovation bid accepted

Work on a $90,000 remodel at City Hall is scheduled to begin in December.
On Sept. 10, the Lake City City Council accepted a bid from Red Wing Construction of about $51,000 for the construction portion of the project.
In February the council authorized staff to seek bids for the project.
