Community calendar aims to fill an information gap

A long-time community desire may have a solution thanks to a collaboration between the Lake City Chamber of Commerce and the Lake City Public Library.
The organizations have created an online community calendar to help residents and visitors know what’s going on.
“It’s one place where people can go and they know that this is where all the information is going to be,” Lake City Public Library Director Brigitte Rol said.
