Community Thanksgiving dinner serves over 300, raises $2,000 for food shelf

This year’s Lake City Community Thanksgiving dinner served 318 meals and raised $2,000 and over 50 pounds of food in donations for the Lake City Food Shelf, according to organizers.
The annual event is a collaboration of Lake City churches (plus St. Peter - Belvidere), the Lake City Rotary Club, Thrivent Financial, and the Kwik Trip Helping Neighbor program.
