Corn husting contest set for Oct. 15 near Goodhue

The Minnesota State Corn Husking Contest will be held Saturday, Oct. 15 and Sunday, Oct.16, at the Jeff and Kathy Ofstie farm near Goodhue.
For several years the contest was held in conjunction with the Autumn Harvest near Oak Center.
Husking will start at 9 a.m. There will be youth classes and classes for adults. The Golden Agers will be husking for both state and national honors.
