Corrected: Local veterans organizations fund Gold Star Mothers Park renovation

Lake City VFW Post 8729 and its Auxiliary and Lake City American Legion Post 110 Auxiliary provided over $30,000 to fund paving, flag poles, flags and other improvements to Lake City’s Gold Star Mothers Park.
Along with the American Flag and POW flag, there are flags for every service branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, including the newly-added Space Force.
