Donor to match $10,000 in Packing for the Weekend - Lake City donations
For the second year, The Greater Lake City Community Foundation has established a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) with an anonymous donor to match donations made to Packing for the Weekend - Lake City.
“Packing for the Weekend - Lake City is a local program that supplies supplemental weekend food for children of families in need to help assure that important nutritional needs of growing youngsters are met,” the foundation said in a news release. “Currently the program supports 27 families with 62 children weekly.”
