Dr. Ottor re-appointed, twice awarded

Chiropractor Dr. LeRoy Otto earned two awards and a gubernatorial appointment recently, according to a news release.
At the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards (FCLB) annual conference in May, Otto received the George R. Arvidson Award for Meritorious Service to Chiropractic Regulation to Otto.
The award is the Federation’s highest individual honor. It recognizes integrity, service, sacrifice, vision, and commitment in the arena of chiropractic licensure.
