Ed foundation announces 2016-17 grant recipients
On May 31, the Lake City Education Foundation (LCEF) awarded 11 grants to the Lake City school district.
LCEF grants will support more than 1,300 students throughout the 2016-17 school year and are valued at over $7,100.
Three community partnerships were significant in making this level of support possible. The Mayo Clinic Community Health Needs Assessment Fund, Engineering Laboratory Design, Inc., People’s Energy Cooperative Operation Round-Up, and two anonymous donors contributed more than $3,200.
