EDA conducting commercial property inventory

The Lake City Economic Development Authority (EDA) is updating its list of available commercial properties for sale or lease in Lake City. The EDA uses a system managed by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development called Location One to make online postings of available commercial real estate. This information is visible on the EDA web page and is searchable through the nationwide LOIS system.
