Families impacted by childhood cancer band together

Six families with Lake City connections have something in common: all have children who have been affected by childhood cancer in some form or another.
Their children are the faces of fighters, survivors, and those taken too soon by cancer. This year, during September’s Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the families are working together to bring attention and awareness to this devastating illness.
