Fiesta Foods featured as distributor's 'model store'

Fiesta Foods in Lake City underwent months of preparations for its big day.
Some changes - a remodel and the addition of a liquor store, for instance - were hard to miss. Others were more subtle.
Displays were reconfigured. Categories like alternative milks, organics, and gluten free were expanded or added completely; store owner Phil Nyberg estimated the store has added hundreds of new products in the last few months.
