Film festival director to give festival insights, show short films
Frozen River Film Festival (FRFF) Director Eileen Moeller will bring films and conversation to Lake City on Sept. 30 (today).
“Eileen Moeller knows festivals. As director of the Frozen River Film Festival, former Great River Shakespeare Festival Marketing Director, and current Winona City Councilperson, she will offer insights into, and take questions about, how to successfully create, sustain, and grow festivals at an event at 4 p.m. the Lake City Area Arts Center,” Lake City Chamber of Commerce said in a news release.
