Florist to speak at Spark

Carolyn Wenzel, owner of Lake Pepin Floral in Lake City, will speak at the Monday, Dec. 7 Spark meeting. Carolyn will demonstrate how to create holiday evergreen pots and floral arrangements. The meeting is held at Port 104 on Washington Street in Lake City from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
