Food distribution set for Feb. 5

Anyone negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic is eligible to pick up a free box of food at an upcoming pop-up food distribution event in Lake City.
The distribution will take place on Friday Feb. 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Underwood Park parking lot on North 10th Street, across the street from the Lake City Public Safety Building.
Each 30-pound box includes items such as milk, fruits and vegetables, and protein.
