Free throw winners continue on to district competition

Local Knights of Columbus Council 1865 conducted their annual Free Throw Shooting contest on Jan. 9. Participants age 9-11 shot from 12 feet and used a girls size ball. Participants, ages 12-14 shot from 15 feet and used a regulation size girls or goys ball, depending on their gender. The winners advanced to district competition on Jan. 19. There were 102 participants in the contest this year.
