Friendship keeps park signs fresh

Sometimes to share your love of nature, you have to battle it.

For 14 years, that’s what Pam and Michael Pagelkopf of Rochester have been doing at Hok-Si-La Park.

In 2007 they were taking a University of Minnesota Extension Minnesota Master Naturalist course at the Villa Maria.

The course is for people who want to do service projects and provide conservation education in their communities.
