Girls Day Out is April 29
Girls Day Out returns to Lake City Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 24 local businesses offering specials, activities, samples and more.
And tying it all together this year is a Bingo game with a twist that can be played to be eligible for prize baskets, including a grand prize valued at over $1,000.
Treats and Treasures owner Jil Garry brought the idea of a Girls Day Out to Lake City after attending a similar event in Morton, Minn. The town, which had just a few retail stores, was packed, she said.
