Goodhue County administrator speaks to Kiwanis Club

Goodhue County Administrator Scott Arneson told Kiwanis about the ever changing challenges he has faced in 17 years in a county with a $94,000,000 budget.
Major county concerns are high staff turnover, housing shortages and preparing for the beginning of cannabis sales county wide. They are a few years into designing programs for opioid use prevention work after receiving over $2,000,000 from the opioid settlement with drug companies.
