Hall of Fame induction postponed
The Hall of Fame committee had a special meeting on Aug. 10 to determine the best way to proceed with the Lake City High School Hall of Fame recognition.
The committee voted unanimously to move the event to the Fall of 2021.
“There is so much unknown at this time that it was determined the safest and most appropriate way to properly recognize our inductees is to wait until we can honor them in a setting that everyone is comfortable attending,” the committee said in a news release.
