Haunted house to benefit planned interpretive center

This Halloween Lake City will be in for a creepy treat, a new haunted house with over 2,000 square foot of bone chilling fun at the Lake City Sportsman’s Club.

A fundraiser for the Lake Pepin Interpretive Centre, the haunted house will be open 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday Oct. 28, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30.

People are invited to explore the entire lower level of the Sportsman’s Club, where ghouls, monsters and ghosts are known to play.
