Hay Creek Mutual merges, becomes Great Rivers Mutual
Kenyon-Holden-Warsaw Mutual (KHW) based in Wanamingo and Hay Creek Mutual of Goodhue have combined to form Great Rivers Mutual Insurance Company, according to a press release from the company.
“Our firms had strategic planning sessions over a period of time,” said manager Jim Bryant. “The same people guided us through the process. It was a natural fit because we share a similar philosophy on how to best serve our clients.”
After discussions in March, it did not take long to come to an agreement, according to the company.
