Hiawathaland seeks rider input for expanding local service

Hiawathaland Transit got its start about 15 years ago with a single bus in Lake City. Last year the public transportation service operated by Three Rivers Community Action in Goodhue, Rice and Wabasha Counties, as well as the City of Winona, providing an estimated 500,000 rides, according to Sunny Prabhakar, marketing and recruitment coordinator.
