High school jazz concert to feature 'Chicago' music, 'Spoonful' drummer

The Lincoln High School Music Department will present their annual fall jazz concert on Friday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. in the Lincoln auditorium. Red Wing resident and The Lovin’ Spoonful drummer Mike Arturi will appear as a special guest and performer.
The concert will feature Lincoln Jazz 1 under the direction of Paul Holland and Lincoln Jazz 2 under the direction of Eric Stashek.
The bands will perform big band music as well as latin jazz, jazz rock, and ballads.
