Historical society bids farewell to Andru Peters

The Lake City Historical Society (LCHS) bid a fond farewell to our good friend Andru Peters last week.

Andru’s love and support of his country and his community was deep and genuine. There was no one more passionate in their advocacy for military veterans than Andru and he was particularly keen on Camp Lakeview and its history. Camp Lakeview was a National Guard camp that played a big role in Lake City history and encompassed the area around Wild Wings Plaza.
