Hoekstra named Minnesota Sheriff’s Association Supervisor of the Year
Wabasha County Jail Sergeant Susan Hoekstra was presented with the Minnesota Sheriff’s Association Supervisor of the Year Award on Sept. 14, at the Jail Administrator Conference in Brainerd Minn.
The award was presented by Wabasha County Sheriff Rodney Bartsh.
Sgt. Hoekstra was nominated for the award by Wabasha County Jail Administrator Brenda Balow “for her bravery, decision making skills and mentorship,” according to a Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office news release.
