Holst to present Oakwood Cemetery history Jan. 19

The history of the Oakwood Cemetery and the St. James Catholic Church near County Road 86 north of Plainview will be presented by Maren Holst on Thursday, Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. at the Wabasha Public Library.

The presentation is free and open to the public.

Maren Holst has spent several years researching rural cemeteries in Wabasha County and Oakwood Cemetery, located on private land, has always fascinated her.
