Holy Yoga begins Sept. 26
The Health and Wellness Ministry at First Lutheran Church is sponsoring holy yoga.
Classes will be held Saturdays at the First Lutheran Church, 100 Peace Ridge, from Sept. 26 through Oct. 31, from 9 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. A $5 donation per class at the door is requested.
The class is taught by Registered Holy Yoga Instructor Anne Marie Kjelland.
Holy Yoga is Christ-centered yoga set to contemporary Christian music that is co-ed, non-denominational and open to adults of all ages and in varied states of physical health.
