Howatt awarded for 40 years as trail coordinator

Marvin Howatt, a charter member of the Cliff and Coulee Snowmobile Club of Lake City, was presented an award for 40 years as the Wabasha County trail coordinator on Feb. 2, at the club’s annual Christmas party. John Dose, also a charter member, presented Marvin with the award.
