Integrative medicine talk is March 12 at library

The Lake City Public Library (LCPL) will host an experiential presentation where participants “will learn what integrative therapies are, how they can benefit one’s overall well being, and practice some integrative self-care techniques.”
This event, led by Sarah Stinson, MS, LPC, CHTP/I Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing, takes place on Thursday, March 12, at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake City Public Library.
