It’s a beard-off, hair-off for city’s 150th
Organizers of the Lake City 150th Celebration invite men to grow special beards and women to sport special hair-dos and attire for the Brothers of the Brush and Sisters of the Swish contests on March 5.
“Brothers, start growing in and styling your beard. Many different styles to sport for the contest,” organizer Katie Prigge said. “from mutton chops, a three-day stubble, or a balbo beard. Sisters, get your party attire and hair styles ready! You too get to show off styles from any decade!”
